You are responsible for every scan that you submit. Regardless of whether you were the one who enlarged it or not, you have submited another scan that was enlarged before it was submitted. It was pixellated all over.

Therefore you have brought about your Third Warning and you are therefore Banned.

It is against the rules to submit scans that have been previously enlarged. MiniTokyo only accepts high quality scans so the images can be used to create wallpapers. So when a scan has been enlarged, the quality of the image suffers and it is therefore useless for members to create wallpapers with... which is why it is agsint the rules, and why you now have a Second Warning.
